Facts with a boundary
Keep the date, institution, geography and scope. A fact without its boundary is easy to confuse with a similar statement.
Static concept
Link each development to the constitutional, economic, scientific or environmental concept that makes it testable.

Distinguish a statute, notification, report or authority update from commentary about it.
A plausible trap
Ask which word could be reversed: mandate, timeline, location, membership, power or exception.
A weekly revision loop

- Attempt a short quiz without notes.
